Our normal intervals are either monthly or annually. If you require specific intervals, please contact us and we will do our best to support you. The cost of TeachKloud is dependent on the number of children that you have. There is no set-up fee or support fee.

There is a minimum amount of 5 children.

There is no limit to the number of staff you can add.

To access the TeachKloud App, you will need an Android or Apple device with access to the Play Store or the Apple App Store. For the best user experience, Android tablets should be above an Android version 7 (with access to the Play Store), while iPad’s should be 2015 or above. Mid to high range Samsung, Lenovo tablets and iPads are highly rated by our customers.

Teachkloud is easy to set up. We provide training to help you get started, at a time that best suits you! You can also create a free trial account to get started immediately or book a no-commitment online call here!

Any records added to TeachKloud are securely stored on cloud-based servers, meaning that it takes very little memory.

Yes it is! There is a free and easy to use parent app, available for Android and Apple devices. Take a tour of the parent app or book a quick demo here.

You can archive a child after they have left. This means that you can keep their data and access it anytime you need to. When you archive a child profile, you are given a free space on your account to replace it with a new child profile.
