Enrolment checklists are a great way to share yes or no checklists that require a parent or caregiver’s signature. To begin, select add enrolment check. Here you can name the checklist and add multiple yes or no options. Segment by room or share with a specific child’s parents. Save the checklist once completed and use the grey dots to view or edit the checklist. Once a parent has completed a checklist it cannot be edited. If you edit a checklist, only newly assigned parents who have not completed the checklist will see these changes.

In the child’s profile, you can view any changes in the ‘checklist’ section. Any time a parent, edits or adds to the enrolment form, you will receive an email notification.
