TeachKloud is asking me for storage permission, what do I do?

TeachKloud asks for permissions such as storage when you download the app. This is to ensure TeachKloud can enable you to sign documents and download images/videos. If you selected no to these permission requests when downloading the app, you will not be able to use TeachKloud to do some tasks, such as sign learning stories.

The fastest way to rectify this is to delete and re-install the app (you will not lose any information). When re-installing the app, ensure that you allow  to all permission requests, if you would like to perform tasks like signing documentation.

  3. Give permissions for storage etc
